Position Description CGI Federal is looking for people with a client-focused mindset and analytical capabilities to support the objectives of the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ) for our Intel Community partner.
As a member of this team you will assist the government with financial management operations, monitor and coordinate program resource allocations, supports the GEO-F system, including future enhancements, development and validation financial requirements.
Your future duties and responsibilities • Monitor and coordinate program resource allocations • Support the GEO-F future enhancements • Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Cycle • Develop and validate financial requirements • Support business case development and resulting system enhancements • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials • Develop methodologies for migrating data including validation of information migrated to a new system • Participate in joint meetings related to operations and maintenance of NGA's Core Financial Systems • Develop IV&V testing processes to validate financial data results • Coordinate and participate in milestone events to include requirement reviews, design reviews, and program management reviews • Coordinate facilitation of security certification and accreditation documentation and activities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph required • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics • 4 years' experience in federal financial business processes, developing Momentum based system options, and/or implementation in all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting • 1 year experience conducting analyses of Momentum Financials including complex technical parameters, acquisition and technical requirements, procurement and business principles, and similar cost-influencing factors • 1 year experience with Momentum software development/upgrade/enhancement activities that may include requirements definition, process mapping, development and maintenance of configuration management, system testing supporting Momentum-based financial systems and COGNOS reporting tool
Desired: A minimum of 6 months in the following: • Data architecture, and data engineering • Implementation of financial systems in the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective • Experience with Adobe Captivate • Experience in schedule, cost risk and benefits analysis • Resolution of FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR) and performing SAR reviews on the SSAE 18 issues by service provider
