Provide support to the Customer Service Systems and Audit Manager and the Customer Service Operations Manager.
Complete weekly and monthly reporting and other clerical duties.
Assist with organizing and collecting data.
Maintain and update department documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes.
Coordinate department meetings, luncheons and other events.
Provide some daily customer support.
High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.
Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Extremely organized - strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
