Experience:

This role requires 2 years of Long Term Acute Care experience.

Requirements:

The facility requires candidates to have Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application. This role may require floating to additional units and/or locations. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

COVID19 vaccine or exemption required prior to start.

Shift time 11p, E/O weekend. 40 Hours

LTAC exp preferred but will look at M/S or M/S Tele comfortable with high acuity, trachs and vents exp required,

Prefer previous travel

Will be required to float between Stoughton and Dorchester when needed.

BLS must be AHA
