Requirements:
The facility requires candidates to have California license in hand at the time of application. This role may require floating to additional units and/or locations. Guaranteed Hours: 40
Day, 10 hr. start time 0800
Traveler must be fully vaccinated (including booster) or provide approved medical or religious exemption per CA State Mandate (subject to weekly testing with exemption)
Must be wiling to float and work weekends
Three years of recent acute care clinical experience, one year of recent Case Management experience in an Acute or Post Acute setting, or a Masters in Nursing with a Case Management emphasis
BLS Must be AHA
CA RN License required, not accepting EMSA waiver
