Requirements:

The facility requires candidates to have Oregon license in hand at the time of application. This role may require floating to additional units and/or locations. • All Nurses must be vaccinated against the Flu. Medical declination - doctor’s note required. Religious/Personal declination

• No locals accepted: professionals must reside over 50 miles of facility to qualify

• Shift: 2 weekends/month.
• At least 2 years’ experience w/ 2yr in specialty required.
• Timekeeping: Kronos.
• BLS, PALS and ACLS requires AHA.
