Requirements:

Shift Times: 7:00AM - 7:30PM/36 hours schedule/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week

Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility

On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility

No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered

No Nursys Hits - required

No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored

ACLS, BLS must be AHA
