Financial Systems Administrator
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Manager – Consolidations and Systems, the Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for managing S&C’s financial planning & consolidation system. This position will be a hands-on subject matter expert in Oracle EPBCS/FCCS with knowledge of other key Oracle EPM Cloud modules. Additional responsibilities require a strong financial background and technical knowledge and experience in system implementation, configuration, integration, and administration. The position will work closely with the finance and accounting team and business partners to provide financial and ad-hoc support as needed.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of the Oracle EPBCS / FCCS system, from ensuring data is accurate and system running properly to being the administrator
- Management of the system; including controls, enhancements, improvements, and documentation
- Providing technical/functional expertise and serving as subject matter expert for FCCS, EPBCS, EPM Agent, and EDM modules
- Leading upgrades to functionality and system integrations through testing and troubleshooting before application of system changes
- Training and developing financial staff to better utilize the system and system-related reports
- Assessing, preparing, and maintaining documentation for system and project requirements, operational needs, integration with other systems, interfaces, and workflow enhancements.
- Performing functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for Oracle cloud maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, reporting, and user roles to support business requirements
- Providing oversight, technical support, and change management of EPM platform, including data governance and assessments to improve financial system processes
- Collaborating with technical development and warehousing teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and support future development activities
- Working with internal business partners to identify and implement process improvement and enhancements
- Assisting with automation and process improvement projects as needed

To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Four years plus of progressive work with finance, accounting, and/or financial systems
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Business Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM Cloud, and/or ability to quickly learn the accounting software used by the organization
- Experience with a mix of accounting, FP&A, and business systems analysis experience supporting financial environments and a good understanding of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Hyperion Planning / PBCS, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and/or Financial Data Quality Management preferably in an administrative role
- Experience in analyzing system requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting data tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis leveraging SmartView / Essbase / Oracle EPM Report Studio
- Understanding of the financial planning and close cycles and related best practices
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in and SmartView
