Responsible for assisting with general farm operations including, but not limited to the planting, maintenance, and harvest of the company’s clam and oyster beds. Will be responsible for assisting Dredge Boat Operator with all aspects of boat operations at high tide. Will assist with various projects as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises team members as directed by the farm manager in the shellfish farm department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws.
