We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for Public Charging & Interoperability Testing in North America. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellence and successful project delivery. The candidate demonstrates strong organizational capability and the ability to command respect from the talented teams he or she will help lead and coordinate. The ideal candidate will communicate proactively, so each individual team member remains aware of the timing and delivery expectations placed upon them, and that critical issues are identified and brought to the attention of senior management in a timely manner. This role will interface with external parties such as public charging network operators and manufacturers of charging stations.
The Role:
- Program manage key topics, issues, and optimizations between Lucid and 3rd party public charging networks in North America
- Support the interoperability testing & validation with charging network operators and charging station manufacturers together with Lucid Engineering & Validation teams
- Diligently coordinate and follow up on all open tickets, supporting charging product and validation teams to determine root causes and resolution paths
- Help identify, develop, and manage KPIs and relationships with public charging partners that meet Lucid’s expectations of excellence
- Collaborate and coordinate with the various stakeholders including product management, engineering teams, marketing, and other relevant parties to support program requirements and implementations
- Communicate status and risks to executive management and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Interface closely with the sales & delivery organizations and ensure customer feedback is used to continually optimize the public charging experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in program, project, or process management or similar roles.
- Ideally 2+ years EV charging systems experience including knowledge of EV charging standards.
- Experience in managing vendor partnerships and measuring vendor performance.
- A history of adapting and success in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A drive to create world-class customer experiences.
- Excellent communications and leadership skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree ideally in an engineering discipline (electrical or industrial engineering, computer science, or similar)
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
